Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher measured 0ppm for sanitizer at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Sanitizer was primed at dishwasher and chlorine sanitizer measured at 100ppm sanitizer. Test strips are available to staff. Ensure testing of dishwasher sanitizer is done throughout the day.
Re-wash and sanitize any dishes that were washed since previous monitoring of sanitizer concentration.

Proper thawing observed in walk-in cooler.

Quat sanitizer is labelled spray bottle measured at 200ppm
