Staff observed to wash gloves and touch hair with gloves.

Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff: Gloves are single use only. Gloves are not to be washed between soiling gloves and food preparation. New gloves are required after gloves are soiled.
ALTERNATIVELY: gloves do not have to be used in food preparation areas. Gloves can be an extra step. Once hands are soiled wash hands prior to food preparation. Gloves are not mandatory in food preparation. Clean hands are mandatory.
