Observation: -2 of 3 Sanitizer spray bottles showing ~0ppm chlorine residual

-When reviewing Manual Wash method they are only using soap and water

-No Chlorine Test Strips available for monitoring santizer solutions
Correction: -Minimum sanitizer bleach solution is >100ppm chlorine residual
NOTE: do not dilute your source bleach bottle as operator diluted again when making the spray solutions

-You must be sanitizing dishware as well with your bleach sanitizer not just soap and water as per the Manual Wash signs posted!

Step 1: Wash with soap
Step 2: rinse with warm water
Step 3: Sanitize in bleach solution >100ppm (1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter water) minimum contact time of 30 seconds
Step 4: Air dry

-Obtain Chlorine Test Strips to monitor your sanitizer solutions
