General: - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at the dispenser - no obvious signs of pests - no major changes to menu or services provided Temperatures: - pop cooler: 4C - self-serve cooler: 3C - line cooler (inserts/bottom compartment): 4C/4C - glass door cooler: 3C - walk-in cooler: 4C - black refrigerator/freezer in dry storage area: 4C/-19C - chest freezer (dry storage area): -22C - upright freezer (dry storage area): -20C - hot held unit just turned off at the time of inspection; soup still measured 62C (staff stated that this soup was to be discarded) - temperature logs maintained and available for review
