Observation:
Dishwasher is broken.

- Staff have been using paper plates in the meantime.
- Staff are also following manual warewashing steps using existing sinks. Sanitizer in sanitize compartment measured 200pm quats.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair dishwasher (estimated to be fixed by Friday July 26 2019).

Ensure that sanitizer is changed frequently when using the manual warewashing method.

- hot held unit just turned off at the time of inspection; soup still measured 62C (staff stated that this soup was to be discarded)
