Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk jug - milk temperature is at 9 C and air temperature of cold holding unit is at 9 C (even though your thermometer shows 4 C.
Corrective Action(s): Replace thermometer with an accurate thermometer (use black thermometer) and make sure milk is stored at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Milk was discarded during the inspection.

Comments

Coffees, lattes, and desserts only. Seating is <10.
Hand sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Cooler for milk - see above. Use this cooler to store milk only when it can keep milk at 4 C/ 40 F or colder.
Cooler by sinks - temperature is < 4 C. Defrost this cooler when needed.
Large cooler at back - temperature is < 4 C. Store staff items on a separate shelf from milk, creamers, etc. used for public.
Chlorine bleach sanitizer used for storing wiping cloths has 200ppm chlorine - good.
Utensils and mugs and cutting boards, etc. - wash, rinse, sanitize (using chlorine solution) and air dry.
Staff on site has Food Safe. Note that certificates last for 5 years.
