Comments

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles.
** Low temperature dishwasher has no chlorine, bottle was empty at time of visit - operator changed it and it gets > 50 ppm- ensure to change the sanitizer once it gets to 1/3 to have enough sanitizer gets injected in the machine to sanitize dishware
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- Prep cooler in front and stand-up freezer at the back are not in use, dry foods and dishware are stored there.

- General sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
