2. Cleaning has been done along cooking line
3. Operator is no longer producing hot sauce on-site

However, dishes still being stored in handsink. The handsink needs to be available at ALL times to wash hands.
CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED. Future violations will result in ticketing.
