sink has been repaired staff stated that sanitizer dispenser works intermittently. work order has been placed and service to be completed soon. Otherwise, staff are checking with test strips to ensure a 200ppm solution. at time of inspection sanitizer was at 200ppm staff on-site has enrolled in foodsafe and has mostly completed the course. will be taking the exam this weekend
