Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food left out at room temperature for 1.5 hr / 90 min before it is discarded or extended for up to 1 hr for the new Too Good To Go program. No time tracking noted during inspection. Staff indicated the time tracking only happens during the rushes.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure time tracking is always done especially during the slow periods when food sits out at room temperature and are not being purchased quickly by a rush of customers. The operator must be able to monitor/ track all pizza slices as per FSP.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all new services are approved by Fraser Health and or VCH. Update FSP and submit for review and approval.
