Ensure all hand wash stations are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. - 3 compartment sink available with chlorine sanitizer; not in use during inspection - 100 ppm chlorine available in sanitizer buckets for sanitizing food contact surfaces - All upright coolers were 4 C or lower - Preparation line coolers were 4 C or lower - All freezers were -18 C or lower - All food protected from contamination - Food storage practices were good - No evidence of pest activity during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was good Note: Transfer all open bulk food products into containers with tight fitting lids.
