Observation: Exhaust canopy is observed to have accumulation of grease and dirt. Cleaning by professional company is due in MArch 2022
Corrective Action(s): Remove the baffles of the canopy and wash those in the dishwasher to remove grease buildup. Clean the exhaust canopy to prevent the accumulation of grease and dirt

Routine inspection conducted and following are the observations:
- Handsinks in kitchen area, front area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - prep cooler in front, undercounter cooler and walk-in cooler are measured at less than 4C.
- Chest freezer and two upright freezers are measured at less than -18C
- No hot holding of food items observed at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottle and is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified
- NO evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
