Infractions have been corrected: 1. Cleaning of pest noted areas completed. Pest control company in use to monitor and prevent pest activity. 2. Front wooden countered is now finished with smooth coat of paint. Surface is now smooth, durable, nonabsorbant and easy to clean. The color used was black to match the restaurants color scheme. A light color is preferred for next upgrade. Ensure to paint when necessary to replace wear and tear and also paint the edges when possible. Facility now in compliance.
