Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations were supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Food in coolers measured at or below 4C. Food in freezer measured at or below -18C. walk in cooler measured at 4C or colder. All units were equipped with thermometer. Temperature monitoring conducted.
- QUAT sanitizer 200-400ppm available in 3- compartment sink and sanitizer bucks - wiping cloths were kept in the solution.
- Cutting boards were in good working condition.
- Food stored above the floor. Floor is clean and well maintained.
- Hot holding units for rice, chicken, quinoa etc. measured at or above 60C. Chicken reheating were discussed. Roast Beef/steak reheating discussed. Food is to be reheated to reach internal temperature of 74 degree C then hot held above 60C.
- Food stored in labelled containers with lids on.
- Utensils stored in sanitary containers. cooking Implements stored properly.
- No sign of pest activity observed at this date. Premises lighting noted to be adequate.
- Work tables and counter tops maintained. No structural issue noted at this date.
- Staff were food safe trained.
