- Restaurant has been closed to undergo improvements - changing floor tiles, ceiling tiles, replacing wood counter tops and shelves with stainless steel, repairing structural deficiencies. Operator moved mop sink and ice machine as well as replaced 85 gallon hot water tank with a water heater.
- Restaurant is not ready to open. Construction is still taking place, plumbing has not be completed, construction and dirt debris still everywhere.
- All construction must be completed, construction materials removed from the premises, and all areas cleaned up before a follow-up inspection will be conducted.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- All equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized.
- Each refrigeration unit must be provided with a thermometer.
- Handsinks must be provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
