* Kitchen not in use at the time of the inspection.

- General sanitation is good.
- Main handwashing station (kitchen) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer stored in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted.

Temperature control:
- Walk in freezer = -18C
- All coolers < or = 4C
- No warmers at this time.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.

* Renovations still in progress in the dining area and front bar. This area will remain taped off, properly separated from the main kitchen during the renovation period. The main kitchen will serve limited menu (take out only) via take out area near patio. The main kitchen may open to the general public (take out only). Operator to contact the health inspector once renovation is complete.
