Observation: Multiple non-potentially hazardous foods contaminated with rodent droppings.
Several dry goods bags chewed through and food spilled out
Corrective Action(s): Discard all contaminated foods. Mice urinate and defecate on products as they run around the facility. Clean and sanitize the shelves as well as floors thoroughly.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas;
-on various canned goods (meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, fruits)

Corrective Action(s): Remove all contaminated food products. Clean contaminated areas with a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution (mix 1 tsp bleach with 1 liter of water)

Observation: Shredded insulation and dry foods found on shelves and underneath shelves throughout the premises
Corrective Action(s): Conduct at thorough cleaning of the facility. Pull all equipment away from walls and remove all shredded insulation. Secure baseboard tiles falling off of walls
