Follow-up Inspection Conducted
- Refer to inspection report #SDHI- CSHT2Y for outstanding violations

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- General sanitation has improved along the cooking line (handles of all coolers and freezers)
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Bleach sanitizer pail (X1) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
- Permit is posted in a conspicuous location on site
- Operator has obtained regular scoops with handles in dry storage containers. Scoops are observed stored in a sanitary manner - good!
- Good organization in the walk-in cooler
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor

Notes:
- Under-counter cooler door at server area has not yet been repaired. Operator stated that the part is on back order. Cooler temperature is adequate (measured at 4'C).
