Corrective Action(s): Potato and onion were discarded at time of inspection. Please monitor your produce to ensure that there is no mould growth. Any produce with mould growth is not fit for sale and should be discarded.

Routine inspection conducted.

1. Temperatures
- Walk-in cooler, beverage coolers at 3C
- Freezer units at -18C
- Thermometer present inside walk-in cooler

2. Storage
- Random selection of assorted canned goods - no items beyond best before date
- Note: A variety of products inside the walk-in cooler, including whipped cream and juices, are approaching or past their best before date (while not illegal to sell, you may wish to remove them or notify customers)
- No dented or compromised cans observed at time of inspection
- No nutritional supplements or infant formula were found on premise past their expiry date (note: unlike best before dates, you are not allowed to sell goods past their expiry date)

3.Sanitation
- Area is generally in satisfactory sanitary condition (except mould near door of walk-in cooler, see code 306)
- Aisles are maintained in sanitary condition
- Shelving and glass display doors of walk-in cooler have been cleaned, no mould observed

4. Pest Control
- No visible signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Reminder: Frequently remove your empty bottles for recycling, as they can be an attractant for flies

Recommendations: Please log and monitor your products to ensure that they are not sold after their best before date. Use FIFO (first-in-first-out) method of rearranging products
