Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) All individual prepackaged creams inside counter top cooler were at >4 deg C. Cream temperature was probed to be at 11.3 deg C.

Corrective Action(s): Milk and all individual creams inside the counter top cooler were discarded. All potentially hazardous food items must be kept at <4 deg C.

Routine Inspection conducted:
Walk in cooler: 2.0 deg C, rubber seal around door has been recently replaced
Ice cream freezer at -18 deg C or less
Temperature logs are being maintained for walk in cooler, freezers and the sandwich cooler
soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at handsinks
Ensure bleach concentration in spray bottle is consistently at 100 ppm chlorine residual (1/2 tsp bleach per liter of water)
General sanitation excellent
No signs of pests during inspection
