Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand soap not available at the handwashing station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all handwashing stations are stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water. Staff placed a bottle of soap at the handwashing station at the time of inspection.

Observation: The lightbulb in the walk-in cooler does not have a shatterproof cover.
Corrective Action(s): Install a shatterproof cover over the light bulb to prevent contamination of the food products in case of glass breakage.

Observation:
1) The walk-in cooler has a build up of debris, especially around the door area.

2) The ice machine some biofilm building on the interior.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the area noted.

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: Foam insulation was found at the base of the inside of the walk-in cooler. Food debris has built up on the foam.
Corrective Action(s): Foam is not a suitable material for equipment as it cannot be adequately washed, cleaned or sanitized. Owner has stated that a new walk-in cooler has been ordered.

- Dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine after the final rinse cycle
- Bar glasswasher measured 12.5ppm iodine
- Bleach sanitize measured over 200ppm chlorine - use a mixture of 5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water for a 100ppm solution
- Pest control is in biweekly - ensure that any droppings are cleaned
- FOODSAFE requirements met at the time of inspection
