Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

During this inspection, there was child and 2 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The Licensing Officer met with the manager and discussed the following:
Emergency Plan Resources
New Reportable Incident Forms provided onsite.

This report was written off site; therefore, no signatures were captured at this time. Time reflects onsite visit plus report writing time. A copy of this document will be provided to the facility via email.
