Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CCKTKJ was conducted: Did not observe partially cooked tempura out in room temperature at this time. Miso soup measured at 70C No utensils stored in soiled water. Raw eggs stored at the bottom most shelf in the walk in cooler. Bleach sanitizer available. Ensure bleach sanitizer is made each morning and throughout the day at 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips available. Did not observe improper thawing at this time. Flattened cardboard boxes removed from shelves. No concerns noted at this time. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions about this report.
