- Premises built per the submitted plans with the following
exceptions:
1. Additional cooler in the storage room (no objections).
2. Dishwasher moved to the left of original location
(no objections).

- A suitable sized mop sink has been installed at original
location per submitted plans.
* Ensure a backflow preventor is installed if a hose bib
connection at faucet is installed. *

- Handsinks are accessible and provided with hot and cold
water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Coolers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (less than and/or equal to 4 C).
- Freezers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (less than and/or equal to - 18 C).
- Coolers and freezers (each unit) has a thermometer to
facilitate temperature monitoring.
- High temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher :
- 71.0 at dish surface.
- Minimum Wash and Rinse temperatures achieved per
unit data plate.
- Chlorine bleach available to make 100- 200 ppm chlorine bleach
sanitizing solution ( 1 tsp bleach + 1 L water).
- Chlorine test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.


- Health Application and Certificate of Incorporation rec'd.
- Health Permit Fee in the amount of $37.50 received (Cheque #7).
