Comments

- Hand sink in meat cutting department and store by bulk area properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in bucket at 100 ppm. Ensure to store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution in between uses.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder.
- Freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Meat cutting equipment (band saw and grinder) in use at time of inspection. Ensure to disassemble and thoroughly clean and sanitize all parts of equipment after use (and at least every 4 hours if used continuously for the same product).
- Invoices available onsite for meat and poultry.
- Bulk area satisfactory. Bins maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food storage practices satisfactory, packaged food items were in good condition.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
