The purpose of today's visit was to follow-up on the contravention previously identified in routine inspection report #MZIN-BZUPQ6.

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

During the follow-up inspection, Licensing determined that the contravention identified in routine inspection report #MZIN-BZUPQ6 has been successfully addressed by the facility. A COVID-19 Risk Screening was also completed. Today, there was one staff and the manager was present with 8 children in care. The following were discussed: - Continue to clean and sanitize the facility including toys and equipment - Organization and filing of attendance sheets Licensing would like to thank the facility for assisting with today's follow-up inspection.
