general sanitation is satisfactory dishwasher has chlorine sanitizer available but strength under the required 50ppm. Please adjust machine to ensure 50ppm chlorine sanitizer available. no other concerns at this time follow up to be conducted early next week to check sanitizer solution strength operator admitted to having a pest issue in the past. Stated they seem to have it under control. no signs of pests noted however I requested that a professional pest control company conduct a follow up check of premise to ensure pest problem is in control.. No other issues at this time
