Hand washing station equipped with hot / cold water, paper towel, liquid soap. Temperatures: - Back freezer was -19C during inspection - Walk-in fridge probed ambient temperature was 3.7C during inspection - Walk-in freezer > -18C - Fridge containing dairy ambient probe temperature recorded at 2.2C - Drink fridge was below 4C (3.8C no phf) - Thermometers were present in fridges / freezers - Pizza slices kept at room temperature up to 2 hrs, then discarded when alarm sounds - as per operator Sanitation & Maintenance: - 3-compartment sink with plugs & approved sanitizer (QUATS) available - QUATS sanitizer in bucket is free of debris & measured at 200ppm during inspection - Dry storage is in good order and food is kept 6 inches of the ground - No signs of pests during inspection Administrative: - Permit is conspicuously posted - Temperature log available * After opening cans of food, ensure to transfer remaining contents into a food grade container.
