Observation: Built-up of grease and dust observed to be on exhaust hood vents. Operator informed that exhaust hood vents will be serviced on March 24, 2023. Servicing sticker on the exhaust hood indicates next service on March 27, 2023. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION. Pictures Taken.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Service the exhaust hood vents by servicing company. Exhaust hood vents should be cleaned and sanitized weekly to prevent build-up of grease and dust. Corrected by: MArch 24, 2023.

Observation: 1. Ice machine had visible grime/mildew like spots inside it that could cause potential contamination of ice stored in it.
2. Large prep cooler in the back kitchen has spill and build up of curries and gravies inside it.
Correction: Ensure that all equipment/utensils and food contact surfaces are maintained in good sanitary condition:
1.Remove all the ice from the ice machine and clean and sanitize the inner walls of ice machine. Have a regular cleaning schedule for ice machine.
2. Clean and sanitize the prep cooler.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#TGIL-CPXS6S.
The following violations in report#TGIL-CPXS6S have been corrected:
-All handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Inside the large preparation cooler in the back kitchen area observed to be sanitary condition.
-Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoops observed outside the ice machine not in direct contact with ice/food.
-Bags of onions observed to be stored on shelving unit at the back kitchen area.
-Food observed to be covered in the walk-in cooler and preparation coolers.
-Walk-in cooler and preparation cooler measured at 4C or lower.
-No double stacking of food inserts observed in the preparation cooler.
-Behind the cookline observed to be satisfactory.
-Dry storage area observed to be organized. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
