Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer not available for use during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): A 1 tsp per liter bleach solution was prepared. Ensure that a food contact surface sanitizer is available at all times.

Observation: a) Both front coolers are not currently working. Owner is planning on ordering new ones. In the meantime, limited food is in the coolers and they are on ice.
b) Soap required at the front hand washing sink. Operator stated that both dispensers were broken, however, a pump style dispenser can also be used.
Corrective Action(s): a) Keeping food on ice is a temporary solution. Repair both coolers within two weeks.
b) Correct by tomorrrow.

Comments

The walk in cooler was < 4 C.
Walk in freezer was < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Check daily.
Back hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
