Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 1 degree C. Raw animal products and ready-to-eat foods are properly organized. Prepared items are covered and dated.
- Grill cooler drawers at 3 to 4 degrees C
- Preparation cooler (dressing station) at 3 degrees C (above and below)
- Under counter (milk shake) cooler at 1 degree C
- Milk shake mix internal temperature at -1 degrees C
- Hot holding internal food temperatures at greater than 60 degrees C
- Cold holding units equipped with thermometers accurate to 1 degree C. A probe thermometer is available on site for internal food temperature checks.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Non-latex gloves in use
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available at 200 ppm in labeled buckets with wiping cloths and in third compartment of ware washing sinks. Test strips on site are within expiry.
- Chlorine-based sanitizing solution (for milk shake machine) measured 100 ppm chlorine
- Three compartment manual ware washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, detergent, sanitizer, and built-in drain stoppers
- Equipment and utensils in sanitary condition
- Chemicals are stored separately from food
- Designated area in use for storage of personal belongings
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Washrooms in clean condition
- FOODSAFE requirements met. Certificate available for staff member on site expires in 2023.
