Received the email from FH billing department for name change request that came from the head office Internation Investments Inc. / Fast Urban Foods Inc. The store number changed from #0255 to new number #0572 ( still same ownership ). New application attached to this inspection report and will be processed. High temperature dishwasher - final rinse measured at 84C Daily temp logs are available Staff washroom has been painted and reorganized - Thank you Staff lockers will be moved from the dishwashing area - more to the back / storage area . Chemical storage will be reorganized providing more space. Hot holding temp - measured at 79C
