Follow-up inspection conducted for report JTUG-CF7QRP

Violation Code 308:
- The internal temperature of the BBQ meat was 52.3C at 11 am. At 11:30 am, the internal temperature of the BBQ meat and hot holding unit was 60.7C and 64C, respectively.
- Operator said the BBQ meats arrived at 10 am, which was when the hot holding unit was turned on. The operator microwaved all the BBQ meats to ensure an internal temperature of 74C was reached.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1) Ensure the hot holding unit is turned on at the highest heat setting at least ONE hour before the BBQ meats arrive at 10 am. The temperature of the hot holding unit must be 60C or above.
2) Record and monitor the temperature of the hot holding unit and the BBQ meats once shipment arrives at the store DAILY
