Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rear access door to the kitchen was propped open with a rodent catch-all trap at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Open doorway can allow pests/rodents to enter the food premises and cause an infestation. Door must remain closed at all times, unless operator installs a tight-sealing screen door in the doorway.

Observation: Accumulation of dirt/soil/debris noted in various areas of the kitchen, such as:
-Ceiling tiles in kitchen and dining area (dust accumulation)
-Underneath equipment throughout the kitchen at floor/wall junctions (soil/debris accumulation)
-Walls surrounding the dishwashing machine (mould growth)
-Floor/wall junction under the cooking equipment (grease and food debris)
-Floor/wall junctions in the dry storage area (soil/debris accumulation)

Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize all unsanitary areas, as noted above. Prevent future sanitation infractions through regular cleaning of all surfaces in the food premises.
