Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution not available at the time of inspection. Staff were preparing raw chicken in the kitchen.
- Remade 100 ppm chlorine solution. Operator must have sanitizer available during operation to sanitize food contact surfaces.

- Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold water.
- Walk-in coolers (kitchen 4 Degrees Celsius , downstairs 1 Degree Celsius), line cooler (3 Degrees Celsius), Bar cooler (4 Degrees Celsius), and server station cooler (2 Degrees Celsius)
- Walk-in freezer measured -17 Degrees Celsius
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71.9 Degrees Celsius at the dish surface .
- both bar glasswashers measured > 12.5 ppm iodine at glass surface.
- Roast potatoes hot held at 71 Degrees Celsius , rice hotheld at 61 Degrees Celsius
- Some evidence of fly and fruit fly activity in kitchen and in bar. Clean areas thoroughly and routinely
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner
- Staff hygiene satisfactory
- General premises sanitation was satisfactory
