Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 food handler noted washing hands with single use gloves on. 2 other staff observed washing hands properly during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food handlers regularly wash their hands without gloves on, warm water, liquid soap and paper towel before going back to work. Do no reuse used single use disposable gloves. Gloves must be changed after every task.
Reviewed regular handwashing practices with operator.

-Handsinks and staff washroom fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Large walk in cooler: 1 C
-Walk in freezers: <= -18 C
-Processing area: 10 C

*** Lower walk in cooler removed - more space in loading dock area.
-Sanitizer jugs available for sanitizing facility
-Hose with sanitizer mixer attachment available in processing room for cleaning and sanitizing at end of day
-3 comp sink and handsink in processing room free of obstructions
-Loading dock and walk in units general sanitation and organization satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity in meat processing area noted during inspection except some black flies in front office area
-Significantly more space to operate, store and process products since moving inventory to new Surrey facility
-Organic waste/scraps discarded and taken away daily - prevents odor complaints from surrounding public
