containers for cooling hot sauces prior to refrigeration ( Immediately).

* Some mice droppings noticed behind the dough mixer and in the empty compressor closet. Clean all droppings and sanitize
all affected areas with dilute bleach solution. Recommended pressure washing the entire kitchen floor paying special attention to areas
underneath the equipment
* Seal the gap between the wall and stainless steel prep counter. ( By June 12, 2019).
* Ensure that pizza preparation cooler is kept covered using lids. outside lunch rush hours. Do not fill the top inserts to more than 1/2 full.
* Install a screen door at the back entrance (By June 15, 2019).
