NOTE: Facility not following FoodSafety plan during inspection. All cooked pizza's are to be tracked on record sheet on wall. Ensure all staff are recording times. If in future staff are not adequately tracking pizza's items will be discarded and fines could result as food items are not stored at temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius.

COMMENTS:
- No evidence of pests
- Coolers less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer solution at concentrations of greater than or equal to 100ppm Chlorine (spray bottle)
