-Follow-up inspection to October 20, 2022.
-Hot hot of soup was greater than 60C. Soup pot was set at level 10 (max 12).
-Knives were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. New knife holder was present in the kitchen.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Insert placed by the dry ingredient for storage of scoops. Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Chemicals were properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-Continue to monitor for pests and clean and sanitize affected areas on a daily basis using a 1:10 bleach solution.
-Health Permit hand delivered to operator. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location. Contact the Health Department if any changes are made to the operating permit (see attached letter).
