Pest control - Abel in place
Operator has valid Foodsafe Level 1 certificate

Note: Ceiling tiles still missing and water damage still not resolved/repaired from previous inspection report.
From April 8/2016 inspection - floor tiles are still not replaced behind display coolers.
Please have operator/owner contact health inspector (provided contact information) regarding these outstanding issues - if not resolved by next inspection (August 2018) - will result in correction order being issued.
