The door for the walk-in cooler was kept open for an extended period of time and staff frequently leave the door open.

Observation: Cardboard boxes of food products were stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Ensure all food products are stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Scoops were stored directed in containers of food stored in the walk-in cooler unit. To prevent contamination of food products, ensure scoops are not stored in food containers.
