Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Titan Refrigeration 2-door upright cooler is not maintaining adequate temperatures to maintain food safety (ie. 4 Celsius or colder). Currently, temperature inside unit is 10 degrees Celsius with ice build-up noted on the compressor unit.
Corrective Action(s): *Discard any potentially-hazardous foods that have been held inside the cooler for more than 2 hrs (ie. milk, creamers, etc.).
*Discontinue use of the cooler (for PHF foods) until temperature is restored to adequate levels for food safety (ie. 4 degrees Celsius or colder).
