Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops and the handles were placed inside dry spices. Operator was notified and scoops were removed and put for wash. Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to avoid contamination.

Overall, premises is maintained in a organized and sanitary manner.

- Handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
- 2 compartment sink is used appropriately

- Dry foods are stored above the ground and in a sanitary manner
- Dry spices are dispensed by gravity mechanism or through scoops (review violation)
- All coolers (open-face produce cooler, stand-up display cooler, and walk-in cooler) are at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer and display freezer are below -18C and storage is satisfactory

-No evidence of pest activity
-Pest company is contracted and are scheduled every 15 days. Last report showed no concerns.
No signature required due to COVID-19.
