Grocery:
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Temperature records were being maintained.
Food product was in intact packaging and was labelled.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed.
It was mentioned that a hole behind the shelving unit with the sunflower seeds was sealed.
Extra mechanical traps are to be added below the shelving units according to the Store Manager.
Pest control program is in place four times per month by Ecolab. Most recent service was conducted on June 4, 2018 based on the pest control report.

Meat department:
Both handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths.
Meat equipment used for designated raw meat is cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours according to staff.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer and display freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.

Back room that was previously used by the deli:
This area is not used according to the Store Manager. All food preparation for the deli is done in the front deli area near the bakery.
Handsink was adequately supplied.
QUATS dispenser however was not dispening 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer.
If this back area is ever used, then repair the dispenser to ensure that 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer (or concentration by the manufacturer's specifications) can be dispensed from it.
Produce walk-in-cooler was at or below 4 degrees C.
