-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom)
-Donair cooler was at 4C (top and bottom)
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Ensure thermometer is placed closer to the food and not the heating element, otherwise temperatures are inaccurate.
-Donair meat undergoes secondary cook step in microwave.
-2-compartment sink prepared with 100ppm bleach.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail tested at 200ppm.
-Vegetable cutter was found to be clean and sanitary.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-Staff FoodSafe valid until 2021-09-27
