Follow up inspection conducted 3-compartment sink was setup. Sanitizing sink was filled with a 100ppm chlorine solution. Chlorine dishwasher was in good working order. A concentration of 100ppm was achieved at plate level. Ensure chlorine test strips are available to monitor chlorine concentration of the dishwasher to verify that it is in good working order.
