Routine: All freezers at -18 C to -24 C Temperature logs are up to date - 3 times daily Handsink in the back and washroom are equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water Two compartment sinks operational 400 QUATS sanitizer available onsite (***on the high side (>200 ppm QUATS) however no food prep therefore no hazard to food) No evidence of sampling observed, both tables are used to display products only No signs of pest activity noted during time of inspection - provided by Advance PC every 6 months Adequate food storage observed General sanitation: good *Facility remain approved as selling prepackaged food products only, no handling/processing of food permitted at this time.
