Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CJ8SU9
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71.9C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
As per operator, Hobart will be installing parts in the dish machine to increase the pressure of the water inside the dish machine to allow it to be able to reach 71C evenly throughout the machine.
Operator is now allow to re-open the dining area for customer dine-in.
Updated floor plan submitted.
Wall nearby cookline now noted in a sanitary condition.
