Routine Inspection: -Coolers at 4C or below. No storage of potentially hazardous foods in coolers. -Ice cream freezer at -18 C or below. -Sale of only pre-packaged foods. No re-packaging of foods done on-site. -Hand washing sink equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and single use towels. -Surface sanitizer (quats) in a spray bottle avaialble and registered 400 - 500 ppm quats. Quats sanitizer should be diluted to 200-400 ppm if using on food contact surfaces. (eg. microwave). Follow manufacturer's instructions for mixing and use. -Customer/staff washroom in a clean condition and hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and hand dryer. -A copy of report to be emailed to Operator.
