Previously noted infractions were addressed. - Cleaning and organizing done in the dry storage room - General sanitation improved at main cook line - Soup broth will be stored on top of stove overnight with only fire bolt lit with stock pot lid closed. The operator stated the internal temperature of the soup broth was measured at 64 C the next day morning. (business opening hours @ 11:30am closing hours @ 1:00am)
