Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Previous day rice which was cooled observed reheating in rice cooker. Internal food product temperature still at 7 degrees C with service in ~ 1 hour.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure rice is reheated in the microwave to over 74 degrees C for 15 seconds then transferred to the rice cooker placed on keep warm setting. This is a recurring issue.

Observation: Battery level low on right hand sink paper towel dispenser. Paper towels not adequatley being dispensed by sensing motion. In the interim, place paper towels on counter.
Corrective Action(s): Replace batteries on the right hand sink paper towel dispenser. Correct immediately.

Observation: Quats sanitizer stored in unlabeled spray bottle in the front area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals, cleaners and similar agents are labeled properly identifying contents. Correct immediately.

Observation: Operator still have not retaken FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): This was disscussed during the last inspection. Operator must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Fax or email a copy of the registration of FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent by June 30, 2022.

Routine inspection:

Left hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in spray bottle.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. Quats dispenser has not be serviced and operator has opted to manually dilute bulk quats to 200ppm. Test strips available for use.
Walk in cooler at 2-4 degrees C.
Chest freezer at -21 degrees C.
Glass top freezer at -15 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Donairs undergo a secondary cook step on the flat top grill then transferred to the hot holding unit.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Ice cream freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
Beverage cooler at 7 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of coolers, freezers, and hot holding. Have records available for review at all times.
